How to Look Sad and Pathetic by "The Master"

This is my step-brother Samuel. He is "The Master" of the Sad and Pathetic Look.

Here, is an excellent example.

Here, another perfect example.

Just look at the Sad and Pathetic look he is giving here....
Mom was sitting on the couch, and Sam wanted "his" spot. She was there first, and then he moved in behind her. How much more pathetic can it get?

Ok, pretty pathetic, that's for sure.

I'm going to study "The Master" and learn to perfect my Sad and Pathetic Look so that I can be as good at it as Sam is. You see, it's aalllll in the eyes. And he has the "Look" down PERFECTLY!

Maybe, if I can get this good....

I can start using these sort of looks to get more food!!! Wish me luck!

(I will be studying VERY hard)

Wow Holly, Sam really has perfected the Pathetic Look. He looks even more pathetic than my brother Lares. Does Sam let out a big sigh when he lays down. Lares does this all the time as if he has the hardest life in the world. Pathetic.

Althea

Yep, he's the Master.

Yes Althea, he usually has a huge sigh, and even throws in some whining noises. He's quite the drama king!

He will be an excellent teacher, and I will be studying him very close. Those husky eyes are so expressive!

Well, I've been practicing it in the mirror, but now there's doggie slobber and snot all over it and I can't see a darn thing!

I hope I'm getting to be a good pouter like Samuel, cuz he's amazing at it!

Sad and pathetic usually works for me. I just lay my head on something and look so sad and lonely and next thing you know, they ask me if I want some more chicken! Yes, yes I do..thank you! Good luck, the green bean thing does NOT sound like fun!

Hi There Holly!

My advice is to try my "Cow Eyes" look, just roll those peepers up to look at them, real, good and slow.....let those big eyes just linger a fraction too long....it gets my people every time!

Love n Licks, Marv ;0)
I did give some lessons in Cow Eyes on my Blog some time last month I think it was!
