Ummm, That's Mine!
Monty has my squeaky Husky head toy. He likes to take my toys and not let me have them back. I don't think that's very nice.
Hey moooomm, can you get my squeaky Husky head away from Monty, please???

Ruby Blue's Weekend Visit
Hey every buddy! Khady Lynn here. My new friend Ruby Blue from Iowa visited us again this weekend. We had sooo much fun! I really like it when she visits.
Here is one of our play sessions.
Here we are way down in the brush by the lake checking out the deer trails. There was a lot of fun sniffing and playing going on there!
We had a long day of bitey face, chase, and general playing. Holly really tried her best to referee us, too. But, we really didn't listen very well, cuz as soon as she would walk away from us, we would go right back at it! Hey! We're puppies! It's what we do!!!

After the long day, little Miss Ruby Blue was a bit tuckered out. I was nice enough to let her have my couch to sleep on.

I was pretty worn out after our busy day, too. Only, I had a better pillow and snuggly spot for MY nap!

Hawoowoowoo!! It was Samuel!!! What a nice big brother he is to let me sleep on his feety feet and snuggle with him. I thought that was very nice of him!
Well, I hope you enjoyed Miss Ruby Blue's visit with us. I know her Iowa Crew and Summiii sure are glad to have a RB free weekend so they can get some rest!!! Especially since it's Kaynh's birthday! This was a special treat for him not to have Ruby there trying to play bitey face with him. Happy birthday Kaynher!!!!! I hope you also got some livergreat and whip!!
Hey. I do what I can!

Lookin' Goooood!
Back in April, Kona was diagnosed with Addison's Disease. It took us over a year to finally have a diagnosis as to what was wrong with him. This is what he looked like at the time he was diagnosed.
Within just a few month's, he began to grow his hair back, regain his energy, and act much more like himself! It was wonderful to see him getting better so quickly!
This picture is from August.
And now, just a few days ago. Look how much fluffier he is!!

He is almost back to his full, fluffy, Samoyed self. He has gained almost 10 pounds, and is doing great! We are all very happy for him!!

Fun with Sam and Khady
Khady loves to play. Mostly she picks on me. Thankfully, she does like to pick on Samuel quite a bit, too. (which gives me the rest I need)

Khady is quite relentless when she wants to play with him. I think it's because she knows Sam won't skhwish her like I will. Or, maybe she just thinks he a giant chew toy? Hmmmm.......
But, then again, dad picks on Sam, too. There's just something about Samuel, that makes you want to pick on him. I wonder if it's because he's such a dork? Hmmmmm........

Is It Genetic?
Hey every buddy! Khady Lynn here!
A few days ago the sun was actually shining, which has been somewhat rare lately. And, dad noticed I was doing something he had never seen me do before.
I was standing on top of the wood pile. I think it might be something genetic for me to want to be "on top" of things. You see, my Unkey Tubey is the same way! So, I must get this climbing thing from our mutual family line.
Not to mention, the wood is kinda fun to chew on.

Khady's Nemesis
Happy Saturday everyone!
Sadly, our snow is gone. Oh well, that's to be expected this time of year. I'm sure we'll get more some day. I just hope we don't have to wait too long.
Anyway, Khady's nemesis, Esther Bunny, was back a couple weeks ago. Esther seems to really enjoy getting Khady all freaked out because she's not afraid of Khady's "tough girl" yelling. Esther even had Monty doing his happy, yappy, "I'm really excited" bark at her. Which, I might add, is extremely annoying!
Me? I was much more interested in my purple Kong than some stupid rabbit!

More Snow Pics
Amazing how much fun playing with a stick can be.

Playing with the stuck was a lot of fun. But, playing in the snow was even better! I can't wait till we get more!

Puppy Power!!
Hey every buddy!! Khady Lynn here. Now that the mornings are getting cooler, we are all getting more active. Especially me!
Us Siberian puppies have LOTS of energy! Mornings are my most favorite time for power zoomies!
Oh, and dad was ok after I plowed into him. I figure, that's what he gets for being in my way when I launch myself onto the couch during my zoomie play sessions! Don't worry, he won't make that mistake again.
Have a great week every buddy!

I think my Unkey Tubey would be quite proud of me! Cuz I am NOT afraid of the stupid Dyson!
And, I was certainly not going to let it scare me away from my cold air vent with the view!

Cuz It's Fun
I really LOVE chew toys! They are just sooo much fun!
Especially when the chew toy is Samuel. I hope my Hollymom doesn't mind that I'm chewing on him instead of her.

Freak(y) Friday
I know I am repeating myself here, but droopy (aka Samuel) really IS a freak!
Seriously! You would never see ME acting like that! My title would never permit such behavior.

Wordless Wednesday
This is Kona at the time he was diagnosed with Addison's disease back in April.
But, now, he is finally beginning to look more like himself - a fluffy Samoyed!
He has been on treatments for his Addison's since April, and we can see what a huge difference it is making for him. His fur is growing back, he has more energy, and is definitely feeling more like the "old" Kona! We are all very happy that he is doing so much better, and beginning to look more like himself. Hopefully, by winter, his fur will be even thicker and longer, like it should be. At least he doesn't have to wear the silly jammies any more!
We are all very happy for Kona!!

Twins?
On Friday I was reading my good friends Cybersibes blog, and this picture of Jack really made me stop and think.
I thought, "Wow! That face sure looks familiar". What do you think?
Did someone separate them at birth, and forget to tell their pawrents? Cuz, they sure look like they could be twins to me!!
Well, you know what they say about everyone having a twin somewhere! I guess Khady's is in Rhode Island.

The Accused
For instance, I submit the following.....
Don't you like how mom just "assumed" it was me? I mean, even though nothing like this has ever happened before, and I was just sitting there looking completely innocent, she still accused ME!!! Wait a minute!! What about my rights?? Aren't there laws against this sort of "judgement" without proof beyond a reasonable doubt?
This same sort of instance of TP'ing the house, happened a few more times and so mom and dad started closing the bathroom door whenever they weren't able to keep an eye on me. I always got that accusatory "Khaaadddyyyy?" as if they were asking me why I was stringing toilet paper throughout the house.
And then........last night.......
Uh huh, she's feelin' bad now!! I got lots of apology smooches after that! What mom can't figure out is why, out of the blue, Samuel started Tp'ing the house? This has never happened before. EVER! He's 11!!!!
But, then again, he is weird. Obviously.
Anyway, so, there you have it. You cannot always assume the puppy is the one doing all the "naughty" stuff. You must have proof! That's the law. Innocent until proven guilty!
Now, I'm going back to my cool air vent with the view for a nap. I have been exonerated.
BTW, the snooter pic on Wordless Wednesday wasn't me. It's Samuel!!! AKA the Toilet Paper Bandit!! Hawoowoowoo!!!

A Cool View
Hey every buddy, Khady Lynn here! Mom is home after a successful trip to Kholwoorado with Kelsey and his mom. Everything went great! You can catch up by checking Kelsey's blog here. We were all very happy to have mom home. We all snoofed her over really well!
Anyway, I just wanted to share with all of you, that not only do I have the most pawsome view of my back yard where I can watch the birds, squirrels, and Esther the bunny (and her babies), it's also the "coolest" spot in the house!!
See for yourself!
I am not a stupid puppy. I think Queen Meeshka would be quite proud of me!
