This is Kona at the time he was diagnosed with Addison's disease back in April.
But, now, he is finally beginning to look more like himself - a fluffy Samoyed!
He has been on treatments for his Addison's since April, and we can see what a huge difference it is making for him. His fur is growing back, he has more energy, and is definitely feeling more like the "old" Kona! We are all very happy that he is doing so much better, and beginning to look more like himself. Hopefully, by winter, his fur will be even thicker and longer, like it should be. At least he doesn't have to wear the silly jammies any more!
We are all very happy for Kona!!

We found you through another dog blog and wanted to introduce ourselves. My goodness, we had no idea what a toll Addison's disease can take on the body. We are so very happy that there has been so much improvement. We don't know if there are any restricted diets in your house, but we have some grrreat recipes on our blog today if you would like to take a peek☺
Kona we always knew your handsome-ness would return with all that TLC your Mom give you! We bet she'll never complain about finding tufts of your glorious fur laying on the carpet.
