Monster poses

I don't have many, but here are Monty the Monster's sleepy poses. You can blame the human man for the lack of good examples. Well, that and the fact that Monty usually sleeps either outside or in the basement in the back storage room. I guess he likes his solitude.

This pose is known as Keep the Bathtub in Place, which requires the upside down froggie doggie. This is a very important pose, because it keeps whiny, pathetic boy's bathtub where it belongs, so he can get in it next time it rains.

Below left, also using the upside down froggie doggie, is your basic Hold Up the Wall. In the photo on the right with Kona, he is not only performing Hold Up the Wall, he is incorporating the Hail Stormy. However, he is using BOTH paws, and sticking them out straight in front of him, rather than up in the air.

And, on the rare occasion he gets on my couch, he's kinda lame on Hog the Pillow. Abby and Sam are much better Hog the Pillow sleepers.

Once again, I'm ready for a nap. Till tomorrow my pup pals! (and fufu too)

I have my own sleeping pose called "hold up the bedroom door". I always sleep in front of the bedroom door. Sometims I decide to sleep on my back with my legs up against the door. That's because I protect my humans and make sure nobody can come in!

Hey Holly! We like the pictures of Monte and Kona. You have to get the man-human to take more pictures of them for your blog. We know its all supposed to be about you but we like all the doggies! Great sleepy posses! Sometime we'll post ours. Thanks for the info on Video Egg. We'll try it. Did you have any problems seeing the pictures from our last post? Somepups did. We redid that post, so let us know if it looks right. Belly Rubs, Tasha & Eva.

Hey Holly,

This reminds my secretary of an old Bob Newhart Show episode where Bob and his wife are being robbed. At gun point, they have their hands raised and are leanin' against the wall. Their neighbor comes in, doesn't see the robber, and rushes overs to the same wall and leans into the wall thinkin' it is fallin' over and Bob and his wife are trying to hold it up. Arf! Arf!

Are you goin' to watch the NU spring game on NFL TV tomorrows night? The first time a spring game will ever be broadcasts. Cooools! With only bunny ears, we don't get to watch all that cooools stuffs.

Wuufs!
