Watch and Learn

Stealth is the key here.

Begin by keeping an eye on the potential target.

If caught watching, look away and fake disinterest.

Continue to fake disinterest so as not to raise any interest by the humans to remove said target.

When in doubt, give the "What? I'm not doing anything" look.

Then, when it seems safe, move in slowly, and.......

Very carefully........

Yep, it pays to be smart. I hope you have all learned something from this lesson.

Great lesson, excellent demonstration. You have such patience. Not sure we would last that long, especially the little one.

hey Holly,

Amazing stealth ability! I, too, practice such techniques as yours, and they have worked great, but I unfortunately don't always get my target. You seem to have really mastered the skills. I play bow to you!

Thanks HBBB, that was furry instructive. I doubt Moo will ever get the hang of it, though, cause she's a vaccuum cleaner when it comes to food!

We think Natasha should listen to you as opposed to her walk over, growl and take it approach, which always earns her some "thinking time" from the humans.

The real question is whether anything was left in the bowl when Khady left it.

Mango said...

Most tricky! I almost didn't see you move. Did you use your brains to make the bowl move across the floor?
