Tragedy in Omaha

There has been a horrible tragedy in Omaha. Luckily, mom was at work so she is safe.

Summit's mom was concerned enough to call mom to be sure she wasn't out shopping! Wow, how sweet is that!?! Mom was very touched that she did that.

Please say a prayer for those who lost a loved one in this terrible ordeal. Our hearts and prayers will be with them.

We are also saying our prayers for the people and animals in the floods in Washington and Oregon. December doesn't seem to be starting off as a very happy time for a lot of people.

We are so thankful your mom is safe, Holly! And Summi's mom was SO sweet to call you and to inquire about you on that "list-serve" thing.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to those who lost family members in this tragedy.

We've been watching that horrible story unfold on television. Now that we have so many blogging buddies spread far and wide Mom always has to think where everyone lives and then she wonders if everybuddy's okay. We're glad you're safe but are sad for those that aren't.

oh Holly we been thinking of you too here in Dunblane.

We have suffered too in 1996, so this kind of thing always brings back the terrible memories.

Jeannie said to tell your Mama we were thinking of you all today when we heard the awful news.

Jeannie says she was in the supermarket having some lunch and reading the paper, the article about the tragedy made her cry....it brought back such sad memories from our bad times.

Take care and so glad your Mum is safe.

This is a terrible world sometimes.

pee ess I have sent you a Golden Rose to cheer you up, check out my Bloggie when you can!

love and sad licks, Marvin xxxxxx
